TVM is the public television channel in Mozambique. With 36 years of existence, its emergence marked the beginning of television activity in Mozambique.
The television of Mozambique-EP, abbreviated as TVM, is a reality for about five million Mozambicans. The first moving images produced in Mozambique still remain in the memory of Mozambicans.
It happened in 1979, during the Maputo International Fair (FACIM). It was an experience that allowed residents of Maputo to watch, for the first time, television broadcasts produced and broadcast in Mozambique, through a hundred televisions placed in different neighborhoods.
